Hastingly!
I'm building the Auset Fronds model differently. I was making it more complicated than necessary. Now I'm just using wood glue and jumper cable clamps to hold the pieces in place, after applying the glue. I'm very happy with building the model this way. I already glued two pieces together, and the glued dried clear and the fronds that were glued together was well bonded. I'd like to find some more clamps, but I think the 5 I have is enough to work with. I really want to finish building this model because I need to test how the Fronds float in the water by themselves. I want the next boat to be built with all Fronds without the "Noddles". I know that I should have made a model before attempting to build an\ actual boat. I actually been drawing boat design ideas for years. I just got tired of my ideas not taking physical form. My impatience creeps up on me when seeing things through. Regardless of being anxious to create anything, it's better to do things in the right order.
